Job Summary:

Urban is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in the Middle East. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of luxury residential projects, working closely with senior architects and project leads to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of private residential buildings, ensuring well-considered spatial coordination and adherence to client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, focusing on building massing, façade, and fenestration development, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Translate conceptual sketches into detailed general arrangement plans, coordinating with furniture layouts and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and project management to ensure effective project delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Engage with regulatory requirements and planning guidelines, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Travel to project sites and meetings as required, representing Urban and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification (or international equivalent) preferred, with approximately 3-5 years post-qualification experience in luxury residential project delivery.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of drawing standards and industry software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under the guidance of senior architects and project leads, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
