Position Overview

Architecture Social is in search of a skilled and driven Senior Architect to become a vital part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will take charge of the architectural elements of a distinguished luxury residential initiative, currently in the advanced stages of development.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct the architectural execution of the project, ensuring exceptional design quality and compliance with the highest industry standards.
  • Supervise the interior fitout phase, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a profound understanding of high-end residential finishes.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects, promoting a cooperative and creative work atmosphere.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Employ Revit for design development, documentation, and project coordination.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in architecture.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects within the UK.
  • Expertise in Revit is essential; familiarity with NBS is highly advantageous.
  • A proven history of managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Significant experience in the fitout of luxury residential developments.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for addressing challenges.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
