About the Job

This Sales and Service Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Administration team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our clients and candidates to provide exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  1. Process vehicle transactions, including producing invoices and bringing vehicles into stock.
  2. Create purchase orders for external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Manage commission invoices and generate accruals on internal systems.
  4. Verify funding matches to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a dealership's service department.
  • Familiarity with Pinnacle software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Well-presented and professional appearance.
Salary and Benefits

£28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
