Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Associate to expand our presence in new categories. This role involves identifying and recruiting new sellers to join our community, leveraging your expertise to become the go-to expert in your category.
Key Responsibilities- Become the go-to expert on your category, including seller/buyer dynamics, community channels, influencers, and product nuances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and top strategic partners to support their growth and meet their needs.
- Source and reach out to sellers to convince them to join and grow their business on Whatnot, leveraging social media, outbound channels, and in-person events.
- Onboard groups of sellers, teaching them how to use the app and providing ongoing support.
- Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives, such as influencer partnerships/campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers.
- Use basic data analytics skills (SQL) to derive insights from projects and enhance process efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing role in high-output environments, such as strategy consulting, private equity, or partnerships at a fast-paced tech company.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to fully own strategy and execution on both sides of an emerging marketplace.
- Business acumen, with a deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to take action on business insights.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance.
- A competitive salary range of £70,000/year to £80,000/year, plus benefits and stock options.

- A pension plan with 4% employee contribution and 4% employer contribution.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave, plus one month of gradual return to work.
