About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse/Deputy Team Leader to join our dynamic team at the Aberdeenshire South Health and Social Care Partnership. As a seasoned practitioner, you will be responsible for carrying out complex mental health assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to support patients' recovery and well-being.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of community mental health principles and practices. A Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification with a focus on Older Adult Community Mental Health is highly desirable. Your ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and manage competing priorities will be essential for success in this position.

What We Offer
NHS Scotland offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £43,000 to £47,000, depending on experience, plus a relocation allowance of up to £8,000.
