Lead the Front of House Team

Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our lounges, working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and lounge operations
  • Lead a team of front of house staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and labour targets
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, train, and develop front of house staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For
  • You have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • You have a natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • You are extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • You have good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs
  • You have good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • You are a self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • You have strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR and NPS
