Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn in Wells as a Front of House Team Member.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your excellent communication skills and passion for customer service will ensure that our guests feel at ease and have a great stay with us.

You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our rooms are perfect for our guests, and you will also be responsible for serving meals and making cocktails in our hotel bar. We offer a fixed-term contract until 26th October, with guaranteed hours of 20 per week across 3 days, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekends.
