We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our Premier Inn team in Wells, Somerset. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining accuracy and security.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of belonging and respect among colleagues.
