Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Specialist to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a focal point for contracted customers and Programme Managers, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  • Manage maintenance requests from contracted customers, identifying sources of supply and arranging shipment in accordance with contractual service levels.
  • Assist with daily operational demands and customer requests, ensuring excellent communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Investigate and resolve stock shortages, expediting repair or purchase orders as necessary.
  • Communicate with airlines and customers to provide updates on demand fulfillment and shipping information.
  • Provide 360 feedback to the Operations Specialist Team Leader to enhance operational procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of contractual requirements and guarantee customer satisfaction.
