Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

We are a rapidly growing, British design-led sustainable housewares business with a global presence. Our ambitious plans for growth across all sales territories and channels create an exciting opportunity to make a direct, impactful contribution to our future success as a key member of our sales team.
Role Overview:
This role is based in South East London and involves hybrid working, with three days spent in the office. As a Sales Support Executive, you will provide essential support to our sales team across various accounts, including retail, distributors, corporate clients, and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders, address pricing inquiries, assist with case pack sizes, handle account set-ups, and ensure smooth delivery processes through direct communication with trade customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests for product images, samples, online content, and other information.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking someone with 3–4 years of experience in a sales office environment, ideally in B2B sales order processing. Experience using an ERP system to manage trade orders is highly desirable. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished telephone manner and attention to detail.

What We Offer:
