About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Naomi House & Jacksplace, a leading UK charity providing palliative and end-of-life care for children and young adults with life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide autonomous nursing care to children and young adults with complex health needs, working in conjunction with other professionals to make decisions and apply appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of care, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Work closely with the Director of Care and other senior leaders to shape the future of Naomi House & Jacksplace, contributing to service improvements and strategic planning.
  • Act as a senior clinical leader and expert within the organization, providing guidance and support to other care teams and professionals.
  • Collaborate with the medical and care teams to provide individualized care that enhances the lives of children and young adults, and supports their families.
Requirements
  • Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience working with children and young adults.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and sound clinical expertise and knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Drive and determination to contribute to the growth and improvement of palliative care services.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: £53,755 - £60,504.
  • Unsociable hours payments and a retention package worth £5,000 over 3 years.
