Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, serving our clients across the Higher Education and Science, Residential, Workspace and Warehouses and Logistics sectors.
The role is based in our Cambridge office, which is well connected to public transport infrastructure and has ample provision for cyclists.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production of BIM Models, 2D drawings, and visual simulations for a range of projects, from housing developments to large-scale renewable, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Implement your own initiative and technical skills to support the wider (multi-disciplinary) project team through safe, efficient, and effective delivery of tasks to deadlines.
- Deliver assigned tasks while acting under minimal supervision, planning your own work to meet given objectives.
- Implement project requirements to fully meet the client specification in accordance with relevant standards.
- Prepare your own 3D Models, drawings, and schedules as identified in the Project Deliverables.
- Collaborate with other technicians on projects with tight deadlines and mentor apprentice technicians.
- Work alongside the Project Manager and engineers to ensure the completion of jobs.
- Min 2 years experience working within a consultancy environment with Autodesk Revit.
- Experience using CAD 2D or Civil 3D.
- Experience using visual programming platforms (e.g. Dynamo, Grasshopper).
- Ability to work independently from home and at the office.
