Key Responsibilities- Develop, modify, and sustain Building Information Models to support the Facilities Management of our diverse asset portfolio.
- Create and adjust client-specific modeled information utilizing Revit software.
- Conduct surveys as necessary to verify existing or newly acquired data.
- Generate content that complies with company standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment.
- Familiarity with the ISO19650 Suite and modeling best practices.
- Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
- Experience in drawing and document management control.
- Understanding of COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP).
