About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Global UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures are in place and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of projects, including scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures
  • Raising the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team
  • Management of the design process through design workshops and leading project meetings
  • Management of the progress of multi-disciplinary engineering advisory and design solutions by Ramboll's in-house teams and specialist sub-consultants
  • Inspiring and enthusing engineers and technicians on projects
  • Liaising with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings
  • Management of sub-consultants, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and specialist designers
  • Implementation of best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero-carbon, innovative, and quality advisory and design services
  • Day-to-day management of all project activity, including monthly reports, minutes, MS Project programmes, and delivery of presentations
About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in the UK Healthcare sector, including the building of hospitals within the UK. You should have a minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, as well as MAPM or qualifications leading to full individual membership of an appropriate institution. You should also have a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360 and excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
