At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Central South team in delivering ambitious and highly technical projects worldwide.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising at a strategic level at the project inception stage, including providing advice on different approaches to successfully achieve client objectives.
  • Preparing and maintaining definitions of project requirements, establishing effective project governance, and managing the development of the project in accordance with approved plans and targets.
  • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team, monitoring and applying performance management techniques, and managing the flow of project information between the team and the client.
  • Identifying and monitoring project risks and planning and implementing risk mitigations, preparing formal project progress and other reports, and taking a leading role in interfacing with the client, other consultants, and managing stakeholders at all project stages.

A successful Senior Project Manager will be judged by the extent to which projects are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently, on time, and to budget, and project delivery meets the client's objectives and is in line with the conditions of appointment.
