Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures are in place and maintained.
You will work closely with our existing team, focusing on projects in London and South East England, but with opportunities to support healthcare projects throughout the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of projects from inception to completion
- Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team
- Manage the design process through design workshops and leading project meetings
- Management of the progress of multi-disciplinary engineering advisory and design solutions by Ramboll's in-house teams and specialist sub-consultants
- Inspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians on your projects
- Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings
- Manage sub-consultants as the project requires, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and specialist designers
- Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero-carbon, innovative, and quality advisory and design services
- Take responsibility for day-to-day management of all project activity, including monthly reports, minutes, MS Project programmes, and delivery of presentations
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the UK Healthcare sector. You will have a minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline and MAPM or qualifications leading to full individual membership of an appropriate institution.
You will have a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360 and excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
You will also have experience of managing commercial processes on projects, understanding of project commercial and technical risks, procurement methods, and contract administration requirements.
Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language, verbally and in writing.
