Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of BIM Models, 2D drawings, and visual simulations for a range of projects, including housing developments, large-scale renewable, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Implement your own initiative and technical skills to support the wider project team through safe, efficient, and effective delivery of tasks to deadlines.
  • Deliver assigned tasks while acting under minimal supervision, planning your own work to meet given objectives.
  • Implement project requirements to fully meet the client specification in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare your own 3D Models, drawings, and schedules as identified in the Project Deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other technicians on projects with tight deadlines and mentor apprentice technicians.
  • Work alongside the Project Manager and engineers to ensure the completion of jobs.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years experience working within a consultancy environment with Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience using CAD 2D or Civil 3D.
  • Experience using visual programming platforms, such as Dynamo and Grasshopper.
  • Ability to work independently from home and at the office.
