Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in a hybrid position. As a key member of our Strategic Operations function, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in finance-related areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Strategic Director to ensure finance initiatives align with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and update finance business processes to reflect changes across the wider business.
- Develop and maintain core knowledge of underwriting, reinsurance, finance, compliance, and claims.
- Ensure financial and regulatory understanding, including Solvency II, financial reconciliation, and Lloyd's proficiency.
- Apply knowledge of risk management strategies to inform business decisions.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office 3 times per week. If you have a strong background in finance and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply.
