We are a leading building design consultancy seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our team in Cumbria. As a key member of our Building Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical building services solutions on a range of projects, including schools and corporate maintenance programmes.

We require an individual with a strong background in electrical engineering, including designing and delivering electrical building services solutions. A degree or HNC in Building Services/Electrical Engineering is essential, along with experience in electrical surveys and condition survey reports, and knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for producing feasibility reports, condition surveys, design specifications, and drawings suitable for all RIBA work stages, as well as undertaking detailed surveys on electrical building services to advise on their suitability for continued use.

This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity with a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
