Job Title: Care Assistant - Community Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
- Assist clients with domestic tasks and maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field (training provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (business insurance required)
