About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
- Work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care, preferably in a similar role, although full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with business insurance.
- Good professional and personal references.
