We are a UK-based startup looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the development of our platform. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with our scientific team to build core components of the end-to-end data pipeline, establishing standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement computational models to stratify patient groups, evaluate antibody repertoires and enable data-driven target discovery
  • Collaborate with the team to build and maintain a secure data pipeline
  • Support the development of in silico approaches for functional validation of targets
  • Work closely with external partners to advance our research and development goals
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including scientists, engineers and management

Requirements:

  • PhD in computer science, bioinformatics or related field
  • Experience working with large-scale genomic or functional genomic datasets
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
  • Mastery of omics data analysis and integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • 5+ years of industry experience
