Main Responsibilities

  • To contribute to the delivery of high-quality peritoneal dialysis care to patients in their homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To provide education and training to patients and their families on peritoneal dialysis techniques and management, promoting independence and self-care.
  • To work collaboratively with our renal department to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
