About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Sagentia Innovation and contribute to the development of innovative electromechanical systems. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in product development, particularly in medical or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary project teams in the overall system design, architecture, and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to plan projects, identify and formalise design requirements, and hand over finished designs. You will also design high-quality and robust systems for client projects at all stages from feasibility through to manufacture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience in product development in medical or regulated environments, including requirements management and risk assessment. You will also need to have hands-on design experience of complex systems, particularly in complex electronics hardware with software algorithms for devices or systems. Additionally, you will need to be capable of working with clients to understand and develop system requirements and have excellent academic qualifications in a relevant field.
