The Receptionist Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our front office team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for our guests
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations
