Job Description: As an Apprentice IT Service Professional, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service on behalf of the UHB. You will provide technical support for IT issues and requests, troubleshoot problems, and support IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the provision of a comprehensive and effective service to support the smooth running of the Service Desk
  2. Communicate effectively and courteously with internal/external personnel
  3. Work as part of a team within the service support function

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English

Salary: Estimated salary £23,500 - £30,000 per annum
