Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a laser-like focus on refining the user experience for our market-leading SaaS product.

The successful candidate will manage the full design lifecycle, from initial research and concept stages through to wireframing, prototyping, and testing. They will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering counterparts to ensure a holistic approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and enhance the user experience for our market-leading SaaS product
  • Manage the full design life-cycle, including research, concept stages, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering counterparts to ensure a holistic approach to product development
  • Contribute to the development of a component library/design system to drive consistency across the business
  • Raise the bar with regards research, taking a real test and learn approach and solving complex challenges in fast-paced squads
Requirements
  • Guiding design decisions with research and data, applying insights to craft user-centric solutions
  • Applying user-centred design principles and practices ideally in a business with a similarly complex product
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and openness to feedback
  • Working in a growth squad, applying a highly experimental mind-set and rigorously testing any/all design enhancements
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Prior experience in Service Design is highly desirable

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
