12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Depositary Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational depositary work in relation to a portfolio of private equity, debt, real estate, and infrastructure clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cash monitoring, oversight, and safekeeping of client assets.
  • Attend internal meetings and meetings with clients and third parties.
  • Act as the client's first point of contact for operational questions and manage relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Responsible for quarterly billing and client onboarding process, including KYC and compliance work.
  • Deliver internal projects and ensure efficient management of workload.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in relevant roles in the fund services industry.
  • Sound knowledge of the UK funds industry, with experience of private equity, real estate, and/or debt.
