As a Client Manager, you will work closely with our service delivery teams and the client management team to ensure excellent standards of service delivery while maintaining cognizance of the depositary's fiduciary duty. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client organization and strong relationships with client counterparts, taking responsibility for client account planning and relationship governance, including regular service review meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of UK collective investments schemes, the role of the depositary, and fund administration/operations. You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple requests effectively, and have a proactive, can-do attitude. If you are a team-player with an ethical mindset commensurate with the depositary's fiduciary role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent standard of service to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client counterparts
  • Take responsibility for client account planning and relationship governance
  • Advocate for clients within State Street and the depositary
  • Undertake client calling plans and provide client reporting
  • Establish a strong working relationship with service delivery teams
  • Maintain positive relationships with client Relationship Managers and service teams
  • Oversight of client profitability
  • Contribute to client conferences, entertainment, and regulatory change matters
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and client fund launches
