Teaching Opportunity for SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our partner school in Aylesbury. The school caters to children with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

About the Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting pupils aged 11-19 years old with their educational and personal development. You will work in a well-resourced, purpose-built school with a progressive and experienced senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach SEN pupils with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, and Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans for pupils
  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and teaching assistants to provide a comprehensive approach to teaching
  • Support pupils with their personal development and well-being
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified SEN Teacher who holds QTS and has experience teaching SEN pupils with similar needs. You will be energetic, highly motivated, and committed to providing a high-quality education for our pupils.

Our partner school is a special educational needs school that is well-resourced and has an onsite farm/animal sanctuary. The school is committed to providing a therapeutic and comprehensive approach to teaching.

We are open to speaking to all SEN Teachers who have taught SEN pupils with the same or similar needs as mentioned above.
