About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special needs school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A degree in Arts, sensory, therapy, or drama, or equivalent experience in a special needs setting.
  • Proven ability to work with students with complex needs, using creative strategies to engage and support their learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
