About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the delivery of education and training across the pathology department, ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  2. Chair the Pathology Training and Development Group, overseeing the development and implementation of education strategies and plans.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure funding and resources for education and training initiatives.
  4. Develop and deliver innovative learning and teaching styles to enhance performance and improve patient outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on education and training activities, using data to inform future planning and decision-making.
