We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fenestration Surveyor. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for verifying customer requirements, providing accurate measurements and drawings, and ensuring timely and successful installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make arrangements with customers to conduct surveys in line with our targets
* Travel within the region to undertake surveys, adhering to our high standards and ensuring accurate measurements and drawings
* Confirm customer details and designs ordered, ensuring they understand what they have ordered and offering solutions where applicable
* Liaise with the Anglian team to report any discrepancies or changes
* Input survey details onto the survey network and order materials as required
* Deal with any issues or changes that may occur in a timely manner
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in construction, architecture, or engineering, specialising in home improvements. You should possess excellent technical knowledge of fenestration products, building regulations, and standards. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
