Dog Grooming Team Manager

Pets at Home is seeking a skilled and experienced Dog Grooming Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooms and motivating a team of stylists to achieve excellence.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective grooming strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of stylists to deliver high-quality grooms.
- Monitor and improve salon performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including annual bonus, paid annual leave, extra day off for your birthday, life assurance, company pension contribution, and colleague discount across the Group.
