About the Role

As an Elderly Support Specialist with Home Instead Epping Forest, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver tailored support plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and companionship in the comfort of their own homes.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £12.25 - £14.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits including paid mileage and travel time, pension scheme, and employee referral bonus programme.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans for elderly clients
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care standards. A full driving licence and own car are essential requirements for this position.
