We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and work with individuals of all ages, in the community, and in their homes.
Job Description- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure seamless care delivery.
- No prior care experience is required; we provide full nurse-led training and clinical support.
- A caring and compassionate approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- An ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of our 24/7 service.
- A competitive salary of £50 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable individuals.
