Community Care Specialist

**Job Description:**
- Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Support Daily Living Activities: Help clients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed, as well as light household tasks like cleaning and laundry.
- Assist with Medication: Support clients in taking prescribed medications at the correct times, following regulatory guidelines.
- Offer Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to alleviate loneliness and promote mental well-being.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document daily activities, support provided, and any concerns observed during visits.
- Communicate Effectively: Liaise with family members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
