Dementia and Respite Care Director

As a Director of Dementia and Respite Care at Appoint Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to lead a team providing exceptional services for dementia, respite, and day care in a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of outstanding care to all residents.
- Manage financial operations to ensure financial sustainability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Drive occupancy growth and maintain the home's excellent reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving high standards of care.
- Leadership qualification, ideally a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in managing budgets and resources.
- A caring and supportive leadership style.
