Big Red Recruitment Midlands Limited is seeking a highly motivated IT and Business Process Coordinator to support our digital transformation journey.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Change Manager to coordinate IT and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support structured change management activities to facilitate business transformation, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient processes.
- Coordinate IT and business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Business Change Manager to document new processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Deliver and manage communications for change initiatives, maintaining clear lines of communication across stakeholders.
- Contribute to training efforts by documenting requirements and supporting training programme design and delivery, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop actionable deliverables, such as resource, communications, and training plans, aligning with business objectives.
- Support project teams, stakeholders, and IT specialists, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and track progress, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.
- Report on project status and address any issues promptly, providing transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Exhibit a keen interest in process improvement and business change, driving continuous learning and professional development.
Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to prioritise tasks, and demonstrate a passion for IT and business process coordination.
