Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in user support, hardware/software requests and fulfilment.

  • 1-3 years of experience with configuration of user laptops and desktops.
  • Experience with supporting internet access through various modems and LAN connections would be very beneficial.

  • Experience with Installing and Patching Network Cabling: Experience with installing and patching network cabling would be very beneficial.
  • Data Centre Experience: Data centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) Skills: Ability to perform IMAC tasks, including installing, moving, adding, and changing hardware and software components.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support: Ability to conduct hardware and software maintenance and support, and to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Compliance with Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) and IT Policies: Ability to comply with all company policies, procedures, and values, and to ensure compliance with all delegated authority guidelines.
