Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective decision-making.
- Mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues to promote excellence in care delivery.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to kindness and compassion. You will have a valid Pin number and a passion for mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
