Procurement Manager

Job Overview
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for spearheading the optimization of indirect procurement processes across the Region and the Group. This includes working closely with the LKQE IDP team to ensure key internal stakeholders are satisfied with the delivery of cost (TCO), quality, service, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with functions on requirements and manage tender renewal processes for indirect procurement, including 3 quote processing and meeting all deadlines.
- Build relationships with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency and cost savings, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure governance and process adherence.
- Support the Head of IDP in deploying strategies for the UK&I business, and be the primary point of contact for Indirect Procurement for internal and external customers.
- Analyse supplier performance and meet with suppliers regularly to ensure efficiencies and the best price and service possible.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders through regular business review meetings and a communication matrix.
Requirements
- Significant experience working in procurement, with a focus on Indirect Procurement.
- Degree or CIPPS qualification desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with teams and stakeholders, and experience working in a matrix organization.
