Job Summary:

Twenty 4 Seven is seeking a highly experienced Estates Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our educational institution's estate and ensuring high standards of maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Collaborate with the Director of Operations to establish an effective maintenance regime and develop a prioritized program of improvements that meet the institution's academic, commercial, and compliance needs.
  • Project Management: Lead strategic projects, including repairs, maintenance, and grounds management, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Site Management: Manage and support site staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and overseeing site security.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Strong background in estates management with experience managing site staff and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, comprehensive knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and budget management.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as facilities management, construction, or a related discipline.
