The Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme is a comprehensive training programme that gives our trainees exposure to a wide range of property types and scenarios. You'll work closely with our experienced technical experts and benefit from an established mentoring scheme.

As a trainee surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential surveying and valuation. You'll work on a variety of projects, including property inspections, valuations, and reports. You'll also have the chance to work with our clients and customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance.

We're looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for property and strong pathology knowledge. You'll need to be able to work as part of a team, build effective working relationships, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
