About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private dentistry, with experience in managing a portfolio of patients and developing strategies to drive practice growth. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and the practice Principal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including routine examinations, treatments, and consultations
  • Manage a portfolio of patients, including maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive practice growth and improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the practice Principal to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with other members of the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a generous basic salary (£120,000 - £150,000 per annum) and benefits such as a 50% split on all private work completed, minimal NHS contract option, and optional joining bonus. The practice also offers a modern and spacious surgery environment, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
