Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Salary: The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £39,000, dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, embodying our values and commitment to patient care
- Mentor junior colleagues, guiding them to achieve their best
- Utilize exceptional clinical skills and empathy to meet individual patient needs
- Enjoy autonomy in decision-making to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical oversight of junior staff and students
- Contribute to scheduling, recruitment, performance reviews, and training
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, post-registration experience, and knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Holding teaching and assessment qualifications, as well as management experience, is highly desirable.
