About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Reuben Sinclair | Sales, Marketing, PR, Data and Digital Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business development initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in account management within financial services, SaaS, or learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
