We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Novotel London West. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and make recommendations from our extensive drinks menu.
  • Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to the highest standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, anticipating individual guest needs and preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy bar environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
