Junior Mixologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Mixologist to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea. As a Junior Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tables and equipment
  • Work across all areas of the bar, including drinks service, food service, and cocktail preparation
  • Develop and maintain a strong menu knowledge and be able to make recommendations to guests
  • Create cocktails using fresh ingredients and understand the ingredients of cocktails and other drinks/beverages
Requirements:
  • Experience as a cocktail specialist and ability to maintain exceptional high standards and service
  • Good understanding of how drinks are made, ingredients, flavors, and new menu experience
  • Strong passion and creativity for food and beverage
  • Great guest focus and attention to detail
  • Organized while working under pressure
