Junior Mixologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Junior Mixologist to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea. As a Junior Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create magnificent cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service
  • Ensure the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean at all times
  • Work across all areas of the bar: drinks service, food service, cocktail preparation
  • Have a strong menu knowledge and be able to make recommendations
  • Create cocktails using fresh ingredients
  • Understand the ingredients of cocktails and other drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries etc and to assist and help train other team members
Requirements:
  • Have a strong passion and creativity for food and beverage
  • Have worked at a similar standard of operation
  • Have great guest focus and attention to detail
  • Be organised while working under pressure
